I'm Trying So Hard

~ 在母親節這一天, 我想對媽媽說的話 .........3年級的小學生

I'm trying so hard ... 我很努力很努力的試著...

To be really good, ... 試著變乖變好 ...

And do all the things I know that I should. ..和做好所有我知道該做好的事..

But, I'm just a kid, Mom,... 但是...我只是個小孩子,媽咪.....

I'm messy and slow, ....我有一點點亂亂, 和慢慢的....

I don't eat my veggies, .... 我不愛吃菜菜 ....

And I'll clean my room, I know!.... 我早該清理好房間啦..

And I don't pick my toys up, .....我總是不收拾好亂七八糟的玩具...

And I don't like my bath, .....我不愛洗澡澡 ..(音 "早鑿" )

I'm trying to learn my spelling, ... 我的拼字總是要再練習過 ~

And I need help with my Math. ......我的數學也總是要人幫忙..

So, you're stuck with me, Mom, .... 所以, 媽咪,妳就是被我黏住啦 !!

And I'm a lot of work, I know. ....... "我" ; 意味著數不盡的麻煩 ~ ~

But I'm sure that you will help me ..... 但是我知道,媽媽妳總會在我身邊;

As I learn new things and grow.... 當我學習和成長的時候,妳會一直陪著我

I won't always be so messy. ...我不會總是那麼儍呼呼又亂亂的....

Some day I might be neat. .....有一天我也許會變得整潔...

And then I won't hide my veggies every time I eat!

..吃菜菜的時候..我不再把它偷偷藏起來丟掉...

My room might end up tidy, ... 我的房間也許終會變得井井有條;

I won't complain about a bath, ...... 洗澡的時候也不會再抱怨連天...

Some day I'll teach you how to spell .... 有一天,我會棒的教媽媽拼字..

And I'll be a genius at my Math. ..... 而且突然變成一個數學天才...

But that might take a long, long time,

但是 ~ ~....這一切的一切, 也許,要花好久好久的時間......

Cause, I'm still a kid you see. .... 因為妳知道, 我只是個小孩子嘛...

I've got to grow up for a while, ... 我還要一些時間來成長啊...

Then I'll make you proud of me. .. 然後... 我會讓妳以我為榮.....

So, thanks for understanding,like Mothers always do,

... 所以, 謝謝媽媽,像所有的媽咪一樣,對我無止無盡的恒久忍耐,諒解寬容..

And for taking me the way I am ..而且沒有條件的愛我,接受我...

I will always love you. ~ 我永遠永遠...都愛媽咪 ~
